Abstract
The Covid 19 Pandemic has recalibrated how we live, how we work, how we learn, and how we relate to each other as human beings. Virtual work from home culture started as a necessity but has become the new norm for productive, flexible workplaces. Consumer behaviors are changing, consumption patterns are changing, travel priorities have changed. All this is having a serious impact on business incomes, profitability, employee retention and loyalty.
The onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic has witnessed a leadership crisis within a health crisis. The amplified risks have placed extraordinary demands on leaders in business and beyond. Navigating uncertainty, volatility, ambiguity and complexity has become a daily reality in the life of leaders, entrepreneurs and business owners. The ongoing Pandemic has thrown a number of challenges to organizations, and leaders have been surprised and caught unprepared in many situations.
As the world has now got caught in the third wave again, we as leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs find ourselves dealing with situations we have never been faced with before.
It is clear that the new norms of the world need a new approach and new competencies, so that the Leaders can navigate through the current times.

Prof. Rajita Kulkarni is a successful banker turned educator, a bestselling author, a global thought leader and a transformational leadership coach.

Her expertise lies in leading large, multicultural, multi country, diverse teams to unleash their full potential and fulfil their vision. She is a certified leadership coach and has trained CEOs, current and ex Heads of Governments, Parliamentarians among others to sharpen their leadership skills towards creating sustained public value.
She has trained over 100000 people in the last 3 decades & with over a million hours of training & development expertise. A World renowned Leadership Coach, she has trained and coached leaders from 50 countries. She has addressed over 5000 public events including at prestigious platforms like the United Nations, World Bank, European Parliament, FIFA & more. The largest crowd she has addressed was 3.75 million people.
Before committing her life to society five years ago, Rajita was a banker for 18 years with Citi. She held many international leadership positions in her career, last of which was Asia Pacific Head for Customer Advocacy and Training for the Retail Assets Business where her portfolio responsibility was annual revenues of 750 million US dollars, 16,000 employees and over 800 branches across 12 countries.
She has won many awards for professional excellence in her field. Considered an expert in the field of leadership training, she has designed 85 management exercises and learning tools released in a book "Focus Forward".
